Order Cancellation
A ski pass is a non-cancellable and non-refundable transport ticket.
Exception: If you wish to cancel your day pass or consecutive stay and receive a full refund without fees, the request must be made at least seven days before the first day of skiing.
Requests made less than 7 days in advance will be considered only upon presentation of a document justifying an urgent reason.
